Subject: C4SXL 40M Phone Settings

Anybody got the 40 Meter approximate jumper setting for phone operation.
The manual gives CW settings for jumper distance from boom for
reflector and DE, but don't find the phone settings. Can anybody help?
WOuld like to use in ARRL phone contest with transmit high and receive
low. Need Reflector and DE jumper settings.
