Subject: Odd behavior of my C-3SS

Eric, I had an SWR change on my C3SS. One of the reflectors was slightly
loose (barely visible movement from the ground with the antenna at 25
feet). I cranked the tiltover mast down and discovered the element (I
think the 15m, but I'm no longer sure) had slipped about 1 inch off-centre
and was not quite parallel to the other elements. The SWR change was most
noticeable on 12/17, but somewhat consistent with the change you are seeing
on the other bands.

I found when I first built the antenna, that taking time to get the
elements parallel paid off with best SWR curves.

Maybe something worked a little loose on your antenna in those winds?
