Subject: 40 m Yagi, tuning frequencies

Frank,

Take each element , by itself, up the tower about 30 feet and tune for the
following frequencies. Just look for a dip in VSWR to indicate resonance.
Also feed each element through a balun and don't forget to remove the small
shorting strap at the center of the parasitic elements before adjusting.

For the low end of the band:

Reflector frequency = 6.890-6.920
Driver frequency = 7.030
Director frequency = 7.400-7.430
