I have a new C3SS - built, but still mounted only 5' off the ground for easy adjustment and settings. Do any of you have any hints or tips before I raise it to the roof for mounting on a tripod (no easy task)? I think it's great - was well marked, is well made - has some confusing directions about the loading and some more on which tips you can change the spacing on for VSWR though I have no idea of how one would do this once it is mounted, nor how effective - read "accurate," it would be at 6' off the ground. TIA for any suggestions. -- Roger Doran, W1MZA, On The RockBound Coast of Maine So Much To Learn........
