Subject: Crank up towers

Good afternoon:
I noticed in your brochure that the crank up towers have a flat plate for
mounting the rotor. Does that allow you full windload? Mounting on a tubular
tower only gives you 50% of the windload factor, at least that is my
understanding.
Thanks
