Subject: Stacking

I'm considering stacking a 4BA above a EF-420/240. Any suggestions or
ideas as to possible interaction? Can they both be oriented the same
way? A minimum separation distance? Is there a preference for which
antenna is on top (other than mechanical)?

If there are other questions I forgot, I'd appreciate answers to those
as well.
