We design our products, including the Mag 240N to be as easy to assemble as possible. Those of you who have assembled our antennas know that everything is marked by numbers and letters and etchings to facilitate correct assembly. Unfortunately, sometimes correct, logical, or sequential assembly alludes the user even though I personally try to involve myself when this does happen. Our products including the Mag240N, do exactly what we say it will if assembled correctly per the manual. If something is manufactured incorrectly I will see that it is corrected as I've done in the past!
