The "E" element is a 10 meter reflector that can be field added to a C3, C4, or C4XL. This extra element adds .7 dB gain and increases f/b by a minimum of 3 dB on 10 meters. The C3E/C sells for $45.00 plus UPS charges. The kit includes TEK screws that pierce the aluminum tubing of the boom allowing "drill-less" installation.
