I'd put them in opposite order. The relay boxes are a mechanical problem,
but for the B-1 balun, with its tubular design and small diameter, the tie
wrap plus tape solution has worked fine here for several years. Of course,
you could always use hose clamps here too... if only as a memorial to
antenna designs that still use them on elements.
