My C-4 have approx 120 kc's bandwith. I have it centered on 7060
as I'm mainly on CW, but that cover the ssb section here in asia
as well. It's the C-3 that I have and then bought the upgrade-kit
for 40. The installation was very straightforward and I did the
upgrading when I changed tower from a small 8 meter water-pipe type,
to a 24 meters freestanding and the antenna was down anyway.
Performance is very good and whetever I can hear I can also work,
usually barefoot. You will need one separate feedline, or ofcourse
a remote coaxswitch at the antenna can eliminate that. You will get
the impression that it's more than a rotary dipole that you have up
there!!
