Subject: C-19XR "ground tuning"

Can anything be done to a C-19XR before going up 74' to ensure a 1:5:1
or less SWR on the SSB portions of 10,15, and 20 meters? Hints, tricks,
and all other ideas appreciated.

Being disabled, I really want to try and get this right for everybody
helping me on this project.
