Unfortunately, Tom appears to be the only person at the factory with an intimate technical understanding of the antennas. Like most one-man shows he's wildly busy. I had some luck a couple of years ago reaching him ~10:30 AM Pacific time. Natan, W6XR/2, of Force 12 East is pretty good at getting information for people, and knows a lot in his own right after several years serving as customer service liaison.
