Subject: C3/C4-VSWR Specs

I have a C3E. The SWR curves on it are great. Flat on 10/15/20. The use of
12/17 is kind of bonus that just happened. It will work on those bands.
However, I would use a separate antenna for WARC if I could pull it off. If
not, the C3/C4 will work OK.
