Count yourself lucky. They don't look after their non North American
customers so well. GI0KOW can't even get a response from Tom never mind
a solution.

Natan has done everything possible he can to help (and any contact is
always a pleasure with him), but the bottom line lies with Tom who owns
the company and has the power to fix things but instead has decided to
completely ignore it and seems to be hoping that it will go away.....
