The 240S will interact with the C3 unless a minimum spacing of 12 feet is maintained. You could turn one antenna 90 degrees with 5 feet spacing. With 12 feet spacing the C3 won't be bothered by the 240S. Best solution is a one boom approach such as a C4XL or even a C39XRN if you want a bit more gain.. 73 Natan W6XR Force 12 East Ithaca, NY FN12sk force12@qth.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "SM5AJV" <sm5ajv@chello.se> To: <:> Sent: Friday, March 16, 2001 1:40 PM Subject: [Force 12 Talk] EF240S and C3 spacing? > This spring I will put up EF240S and C3 on the same mast. > Does anyone have a hint of the minimum spacing required? > > 73 de Ingo > SM5AJV (8S5A in contests) > Ingemar Fogelberg > email: mailto:sm5ajv@chello.se > www: http://hem.passagen.se/sm5ajv > > > > -------------------------------------------- > Force12Talk mailing list provided as a service by Force 12 Antennas, Inc. > Force 12 Web site: http://www.qth.com/force12 > > Submissions: send to Force12Talk@qth.com > To unsubscribe: send a blank e-mail to Force12Talk-leave@qth.com > Force12Talk Message Archive: http://www.qth.com/force12/list/force12talk > For problems with the list, contact n4zr@qth.com > > -------------------------------------------- Force12Talk mailing list provided as a service by Force 12 Antennas, Inc.
