Subject: C3E SWR

Somewhere in the instructions it says to measure SWR at 35 feet or up.
Anything measured at 3 feet off the ground just tells you approximately
that it's hooked up. Haul it up to 35 feet or so and THEN measure the
swr AT THE ANTENNA.
