Gary, with respect, I have the info, but I won't supply it. Force 12's
intellectual property is involved here. Their C-3E conversion kit is very
reasonably priced, and the C-4C dipole isn't too bad either. It involves
some fairly special components -- the element insulators and the linear
loading wire, in particular -- so I wouldn't feel bad about paying their
price.
