couple of days.... My C3 came with a mis-drilled element from the factory. One side was correct but the other was incorrectly drilled for the proper length. I had simply read the instructions, telescoped each element out, and pop riveted them into place during assembly never noticing the difference. I took the time to measure each element for insurance & noticed it right before I hoisted it above the house. A quick call to Force 12 confirmed the error and set my mind at ease that I had indeed found an error. They asked me for the initials of the builder written on the element, & the fix was easy. I hope the guy didn't lose his job! I have never had better performance out of a small trubander than what I get with the Force 12. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. I have it 70 ft in the air, and the SWR is almost a perfect match with the advertised curves. It also works well enough on the warcs (12 & 17) that my TS940 antenna tuner will tune it with no problems. I am tickled!
