C31XR is NOT designed for WARC bands.

I am sure that someone with a short feedline has forced power into one
somehow using a tuner and it was something like a rotatable dipole.
But you could only run low power. High power and that kind of swr
would blow up/burn out something somewhere.

You can also use a tuner and load up bed springs, window screens, a
floor lamp, or a washing machine and actually work people (all of
which we did in my youth using 10m and a tuner).

Basically follow the MFR's specs. If it doesn't list WARC bands then
don't bother. I assume you also want some reasonable performance.
