Natan has been very prompt in answering all my queries no matter how trivial. I am delighted with my C31XRs, C51XRs and WARC 7s...and will soon have up one of the Force 12 75/80 meter beams. I like the candor and promt service from Tom and Natan. Sorry you had a bad experience.
