Subject: EF-140 versus Sigma 40

Gentlemen,

Could I please have your opinion on which setup will perform best (DX
respectively locally):

1) EF-140 mounted vertically with the lowest point (tip of lowest element) a
few feet over normal soil on a hilltop.

2) Sigma 40 mounted a few feet above ground on the same location.
