What sort of balun are you using on the antennas? Could look at bonding coax to boom near feed point, maybe with clamp around barrel of a connector. Another classic fix is high value resistors to earth at feedpoint, or even at shack end. 73 Barry end Barry Kirkwood PhD ZL1DD Signal Hill Homestay 66 Cory Road Palm Beach Waiheke Island 1240 NEW ZEALAND ph/fax 64-9-372-5161 www.waiheke.co.nz/signal.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rush Johnson" <RushJohnson@carolina.rr.com> To: <Force12Talk@qth.com> Sent: Saturday, December 28, 2002 5:05 AM Subject: [Force 12 Talk] Rain Static WARC 2/2/1 > Good morning folks... > > I have been very pleased with my WARC 2/2/1 yagi, which is located at the > 115' level about 10' above my Telrex TB6EM.
