Subject: Rain Static WARC 2/2/1
Author: Bill P. Hall <billphall@worldnet.att.net>

That's understandable considering the quad was invented at HCHB in Quito
Ecquador because the yaggi element tips literally burned off due to the
10,000 watt power applied to the antenna and the corona discharges in the
rarified air at 10,000 feet in Quito. Rain static is just another form of
carona.
