Probably about 4 dB difference. The net gain (that's the number you're
asking for) of the C-3 on 20 is 4.6 dB, and the TA-33 is certainly no
better than that. S meters are notoriously inaccurate -- my Mark 5 is <2
sB per S Unit below S-9.
