The situation looks pretty understandable to me.When you've bought the best product available and its still not good enough to satisfy your situation, you solve the outstanding problems yourself and provide feedback to the manufacturer. This constant whinning is unbecomming of adults. When Tom Horn was hanged for a crime he didn't commit, he stood there and took the punishment like a man, rather than like a boy.
