Feedback was given to the manufacturer which they used to implement a fix in their later designs (bolts through the clamps). However, they done NOTHING to help those who discovered those problems. I guess they must think we are only here to beta-test their products for them and fix the faults ourselves. Can you imagine the uproar if Ford was to do that with its cars?
