Subject: Question for the assembled wisdom

We must put a new roof on our house this summer. (We are finding broken
shingles in the yard after every wind storm!)

My 40' (free standing Trylon) tower sits about 6' from the house and is, at
most, 15' above the highest point of the house.

There is a C19XR, plus a 2m vertical on top and a dipole hanging from a
yard-arm near the top. Everything works just fine now.

The question:

My XYL has it in her head that we should have a metal (steel or aluminum)
roof applied. So we won't have to do it again, ever. (At our ages neither
us is likely be around the next time it needs to be done either way!)

What will a metal roof do the radiation pattern of my C19?

Do I need to be concerned about any extra potential for interference,
either in my house or my neighbours'?

Thanks in advance.
