I have been working 20 years with AMP Incorporated, "Now Tyco Electronics"
the pioneer in crimp technology.

Dale's statement below is as solid and reliable as a PROPERLY installed
crimp.

PROPER crimp application is VERY important. You MUST use the tool prescribed
by the crimp maker or you will deform the product and not get that molecular
bond.

Any properly crimped connection will be stronger than any soldered
connection.
