One would expect that lifes experience and a bit of age would mellow individuals who delight in telling the rest of us how sorry the customer service was that they received. If you live long enough you'll not only come to understand why customer service is so often not up to your expectations but why you have to lower your expectations to allow for customer service being good whenever it exceeds the truly absymal customer service that is the martketplace in all things.
