didn't exist.... I needed a replacement Oscilloscope tube for my station monitor, called Barry and asked how late he was open. The response was he was always there for a customer. A friend and I drove into NYC from Long Island and arrived about 9PM. (in those days, lower Broadway was a bit spooky at night, now it is Yuppie heaven) We got our parts, a tour (miles of wonderful goodies) and had a nice chat with Barry. Around 11PM we gave Barry a lift uptown and headed home. > I assure you it is no delight to bring up this incident.
