I very rarely have found the need to write to the reflector. I have asked a couple of questions, and have gotten very useful responses. I find it to nobodies benefit to be doing all this bashing. It would be much more considerate to send the person or company a private email. I have no interest with Force 12. They have never gave me a deal on their products. I use them because I know they are the best on the market in my opinion and in the information I have gotten from other users. I have called and emailed Tom and Natan many times. I have talked to them the last 3 years at Dayton. They have always been very helpful . I haven't always been able to speak to Tom on the first try at the factory, but have always gotten a hold of him in due time. When I put my C49XR up last a year or so ago, I had some concerns about setting the SWR set because I had 3 feedlines going to it. It was the first one they did that way. I was going to put the antenna up on a Sunday and Tom was good enough to ease my concerns by giving me a couple of phone numbers where he could be reached on Sunday if we ran into problems. That to me is the extra mile. It is hard to keep up with every call and concern when you have a product that is so good, that you have a lot of people getting it. I am sure that they do the best they can. Tom could easily hire more people to answer the phone on the TECH line, I am sure. They would probably be reading from a manual or notes that Tom had given them to answer general questions. In other words, not an expert on the subject. I am sure none of us would want that. I plan on getting another Force 12 product later this summer; a Sigma-280S. I am looking forward to it after talking to Tom at Dayton and cant wait to order it. I am sure I will be a as happy with it as my other Force 12 antennas. They have all served me very well from a small 150X60FT city lot in the hole of the upper Mississippi Valley. If I could think of one complaint I would have about Force 12, it would be that they get more information on the website about the Sigma-280S regarding windload, gain etc.....
