Hi,

Don't know if it would be a problem or not...but, you might want to check out
the corrosion reaction between alum and lead (ALo and PBo).

Maybe work out the weight required by moment arm length, etc. and then
Placticdip the required weight(s) before you trap them in the boom end...do
something to mechanically hold them in place so you don't have unwanted "rain"...think
long term, like over many years.

Just my first thoughts.
