Rental Rates

La Villa Rose is available at the following rates:

RATE 1Rental without use of ham radio equipment$2000/week
RATE 2Rental with use of ham radio equipment during major contest weekend$2500/week
RATE 3Rental with use of ham radio equipment, not during major contest weekend$2000/week

Please Note:

  1. A 'week' refers to seven nights.
  2. Minimum stay is seven nights. Additional nights are $200 each.
  3. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve La Villa Rose, with balance payable thirty days prior to arrival.
  4. Bedroom #3 has been converted into a full-time ham radio equipment room. Even if you are not using the ham radio equipment, Bedroom #3 is not available for sleeping or any other use.
